Artist's Description
The red fox is a very clever and skillful hunter. Congratulations on your Showcased Artist Feature of the Week in WFS!!...L
Randy Rosenberger
You have captured the hunting life of a fox so very well in this lovely painting, Richard! The details of the fox are superbly done. I love to watch them pounce into deep snow and then disappear under the snow, and come back up with a treasure in its mouth, usually a mouse or vole. Thanks for sharing this beauty with the art community. A big congratulations to you for being chosen as our 'SHOWCASED ARTIST' of the week for the Wisconsin Flowers and Scenery group. Your art works are very indicative of a professional, and it is a true honor to "showcase" your art pieces for this week in this new venue we are providing for our members. Thanks for your awesome submissions, and it is an honor to have you as a member of our family of friends and fine artists within the WFS group. Special thanks and congratulations from your administrator, Randy "Elvis" Rosenberger

Lovely painting, Richard. Wonderful detail and I love the body language of the fox sniffing the ground.
